A Massachusetts man allegedly made bomb threats against the Kennebunk town office last month.
Andres Gaviria Arango, 25, has been charged with terrorizing, according to the Kennebunk Police Department.
Arango allegedly made bomb threats against the assessor’s office and fire department on the morning of Aug. 12, prompting town officials to close the town hall complex.
Investigators eventually tracked down the source of the threats to an address in Revere, Massachusetts.
Arango is scheduled to appear at the York County Judicial Center on that charge on Oct. 13.
