A resolve on immigration enforcement failed in a Bangor City Council vote. The proposal had many supporters at a crowded council meeting and a few detractors, including some whose hateful remarks delivered anonymously over Zoom led the council to rethink its public comment policy.
The number of Maine homes for sale hit a post-pandemic high. The rebound since 2020 has been significant but the volume of homes for sale still isn’t where it was a decade ago.
