Bill Belichick sat in the front row at the Miss Maine USA pageant Saturday as his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, competed in the opening rounds of the weekend-long event.
Hudson, 24, who is representing Hancock, wore a shimmery green bikini and heels, according to People magazine.
Saturday’s preliminary round, which included contestants for Miss Maine USA and Miss Maine Teen USA, lasted only around 45 minutes. It included both the swimsuit and evening gown competitions.
Hudson, a former cheerleader, was runner-up in last year’s pageant and announced on Instagram last month that she would return to the competition this year.
Among the 16 other contestants is Isabelle St. Cyr, who is representing Monson and is the first transgender woman to compete in the pageant.
Finals for the event are scheduled for Sunday, and the winner will represent Maine in the 2025 Miss USA pageant.
Hudson and Belichick, 73, met on a flight in 2021 and began dating in 2022. Belichick’s NFL career began in 1975 as an assistant for the Baltimore Colts. He won his first Super Bowl as head coach of the New England Patriots in 2002.
The couple made headlines after an interview with “CBS News Sunday Morning” last month, when Hudson objected to a question about how the two met, and reportedly interrupted the interview “multiple times.”
