An Arizona man was killed in an ATV crash in Thorndike over the holiday weekend.
Trevor Mcavey, 47, of Peoria, Arizona, was riding a 2003 Polaris Scrambler on Fowler Road on Sunday night when he lost control and rolled over, according to the Maine Warden Service.
Mcavey was discovered dead on the ground next to his ATV about 9 a.m. Monday, the warden service said Tuesday.
Mcavey wasn’t wearing a helmet.
His body was taken to Riposta Funeral Home in Belfast.
No additional information was immediately available.
